Can any one help in this:
What are the consequences from the point of view of Purchaser for Non-issuance of C-forms.

10 September 2015 If purchaser does not issue C form to Seller, then Seller may issue debit note to purchaser for recovery of amount for Sales tax paid by seller to sales tax dept in excess of CST Paid by purchaser.
