Dear All,
A person who running a marraige hall since from last 10years, has not been filled any returns from the beginning but he has obtained PAN. Now suppose he desire file so,
A) How many years of IT returns can be filled?
B) what is the procedure to be followed?
C) and in which head this income is to be taxed?
Please guide me...

IT IS NOT NECESSARY THAT YOU HAVE TO FILE RETURN SINCE YOU HAVE PAN.
