12 December 2019 CAN A COMPANY FILE ITS AOC 4 IF IT HAS NOT FILLED DPT 3 BOTH THE FORMS ?
Additonal fees shall be for both the forms differentially...that is 5000 + 5000 ?

03 January 2020 Yes you can file AOC-4 even if you have not filed DPT-3. However, the ROC office may send notice for failure to file DPT-3 as loan amount would be declared in form AOC-4.
