26 November 2015 Dear sir,

Kindly let me know, one of my friend he started Guy Fitness fy 2012-13 that time he as taken Service tax no: but now he dont have ST user ID and Password, even he as not done Service tax Returns as of now,
what would be the penalty charges will be there now,
1. he as charges service tax to customer
2. his turnsover less then 10 lack
3. now is it possible to fill from 2012 to till now to Service tax fill

26 November 2015 His t/o is less than 10 lac no need to file return... But he should not charge service ax. Now he will have to file return & tax with penalties & interest to government.
