dear sir
an assessee submit his previous itr-4 return manually in books of a/c's and now for AY 13-14 he get commission of Rs 124470 and he want submit return online
in NO BOOKS OF ACCOUNT. can do it? please
advice thanks......

We tried last year for the same assessment year, but system not accepted the online return. Because, the system don't recognise ack. no. of the original return.

thanks....I think you have to problem
to understood my questions. he already received tds refund for AY 12-13. he submitted return manually show books of a/c case. but AY 13-14 he only received commission 124500 and he want it show in no books of a/c case and e-file. so advice

You can file the return with no books of accounts maintained.

if you declare the income rs. 120000/-
then you to file return in ITR-4 with book of accounts otherwise you can file the return w/o books of accounts.
