i want to knw about the NIL income tax return , on which date i file the return ?

you can file NIL return upto 1 year from the end of the relevant assessment year.....suppose if u wanna file return of AY 2010-11..you can file it till 31.03.2012....you can ask more query related to this question.

one more query is this necessary to file NIL return or return is only file when income touch taxable slab, and how to file nil return- e-filling is available for nil return or not .

IT Filing is mandatory only if the gross taxable income exceeds exemption limit.
