I want to know that nil ITR 7 are not compulsery to enclosed balance sheet and income expenditure a\c please give me answer .ITR 7 after submit last date 30.9.2010 can be imposed penalty by I.T.O.

ITR 7 is generally used, among others, to file returns of AOP(Trust). This return has to be filed in paper form(no e-filing) in the jurisdictional ITO's office. More over, Income and expenditure account, balance sheet, IT computation and audit report if form 10B has to be attached with ITR 7.
