17 April 2026 Since this is a partnership firm, please first verify whether only the grouped Form 135 category is being displayed or whether the constitution is actually captured as HUF. Form 135 for non-government applicants currently groups LLP/Firm/AOP/Trust/BOI/AJP/HUF under one category, so mere display of that grouped heading may not by itself mean the TAN will be allotted as HUF. However, after final submission and acknowledgment generation, edits are not allowed. Therefore, if the constitution is wrongly captured as HUF, do not dispatch without confirming with Protean support. If already submitted, wait for TAN allotment and then file TAN correction request.
