From when will the New Companies Bill be applicable in CA Final's Corporate & Allied Laws?

Hi
Till date the Companies Bill is not applicable. This Bill will be applicable to CA exam when it becomes an Act and got ascent from President of India.
The Institute will issue a Notification on applicability of New Companies Act.
I will suggest you to wait for approval of New Companies Bill.
