Retained Earnings (10lacs)
Longterm Liabilities 25 Crores
Current Liabilities 15Lacs

Fixed Assets 24 cr
(Capital Work in progress)
Current Assets 1.2 Crores

Here the Retained Earnings is negative. In that case should nt this change?

16 December 2014 Your net worth = sum of all your assets (-) sum of all your liabilities.

It is 24+1.2 -25-0.15=0.05

Other way of calculation is share capital+ retained earnings.

15lacs-10lacs=5lacs.
