NET Exam Eligible or not...?

Friends Pls help me in this regard
1) Whether CA PE-2 students can apply NET exam..?
2) Is CA pe-2 is considered as equvelent to PG..?
3) I hav only 53% marks in PEE-2,but qualification for NET exam is 55% in PG
4) Is ICAI is recognised by UGC...whether they allow CA-intermediate pass students with below 55% marks to apply for NET exam...?

For Net Exams , you must have a Post Graduate degree. On the basis of CA intermediate or PCC you cannnot apply to Net Exams.

The CA Final Degree only recognized for PHD admission by UGC in Some University.
If you choose CA profession then there is no logic to divert own self for Teaching in Graduate Colleges

PE-2 is nor equal to PG Degree for the purpose of NET therefore no relevance of percentage in pe-2 or inter.
