We had entered a contract with Advertising Agency for publishing posters on trains,as Agreement entered on September 2014 , as per 2014-15 budget it was removed from negative list however it will apply from 1 oct 2014 , in agreement there is no clause for but know he is asking for the Service Tax amount, give guidelines whether to pay or not

30 May 2015 See the contract condition tax inclusive or extra. Applicability of new taxes. If nothing is mentioned being a new levy after contract entered into pay it. If you are paying service tax or excise duty you can claim cenvat credit.
