Can any one tell me what is the meaning of Negative balance of Capital of Proprietor or partnership firm?
In what case Capital shall be negative in Proprietor or Partnership firm Case.

Negative balance can happen in case of huge accumulated losses, repayment of capital/drawings from borrowed funds.
Negative balance in Capital account mean the net reasult of Capital Account & drawings/current account is a debit balance.
Negative balance in Capital account mean the net reasult of Capital Account & drawings/current account is a debit balance.
