30 December 2014 need a help to know about which type of sale & purchase in following causes:

1. we( Delhi dealer)Sent goods from other Seller/Dealer (Haryana) to Buyer/Dealer(Haryana) directly. can we issue C form or E1 or E2 or any other??

2. we( Delhi dealer)Sent goods from other Seller/Dealer (Delhi) to Buyer/Dealer(Haryana) directly. can we issue C form or E1 or E2 or any other??

01 January 2015 1. Delhi Dealer need to issue C form to haryana Dealer then haryana dealer will issue E-1 form to delhi dealer(for exemption) then buyer(haryana) will issue C-form to Delhi dealer in return delhi dealer will issue E-2 to Buyer(haryana)(for exemption)
because there are two transaction
1.seller(haryana)-delhi dealer
2.Delhi Dealer-Buyer(haryana)

2. in this case also have 2 transaction
1.Seller(delhi)-Delhi dealer
2.Delhi dealer-buyer(haryana)(interstate transaction)
Buyer(haryana) need to issue C form to Delhi dealer.
