If there is change in Object Clause of Company, is it a change in Nature of Business (statement required in Form 3CD)?

IT depends on what typeof change and significance of change.
if it is a major change in primary objective of the company then yes , it is change in nature.
and if it is change in secondary objective then there are more chances that there is no change in nature.
