Name reservesd expired

My INC 1 was approved and reserved name for incorporation of company..on 19.03.2016
due to some reason or other I may able to file forma for Incorporation of company on 12.05.2016, clearing defects it was resubmitted on 16.05.2016, again it was taken for resubmission marking.. Updated INC-22 should be filed..and it was again filed on 19.05.2016.
Now the status is Expired..
where I am standing.. what shoul be done.. pls. guide me..

If 'transaction status' is expired, you have to start afresh from INC- 1 onwards. After incorporation, try for refund of the expired SRN.
