11 May 2011 Our Company submitted Form 1A for checking availability of a name -to change existing name-which approved by ROC on 30/6/2010.
After that we didn't submiited necessary form to change the name. Whether there is any time limit for the validiaty of above Form 1A

11 May 2011 It is valid for 60 days from the date of approval. But you can extend it to further 30 days, before the expiry of the orignial period and by paying additional fees.
