14 December 2013 MEF registration by various organization to allot/appoint auditors. A unique is issued to each organization/proprietor CA. you can apply for MEF. You shall be issued a registration number. However you wont get any audit as newly qualified CAs are unable to satisfy the eligibility requirements.
