12 February 2015 Hey anybody have a MOU between two directors in respect of operating of bank account on the name of company. Its urgent.........

12 February 2015 No Special provisions of MOU is required just pass a Board resolution and authorize any or more than one person as Authorised Signatory. copy of the same should be given to the bank on the letter head of the company

13 February 2015 Thnku so much for your prompt reply as there was no need of MOU only BR will be sufficient but both the directors wann interally entered in agreement in respect of operating of bank account.

13 February 2015 the Board resolution is sufficient for the purpose of internal records of company. however, in this case, It is the responsibility of the professional to tell them the Power of Resolution and its importance for a company. Once it Resolved a resolution. it means they are agreed to the terms and conditions included in it.
