2 what is difference b/w notification no 26/2012 ((9) and 30/2012 7(b)

its related to rent a cab scheme

28 April 2015 1. It is as per place of provision of service Rules vide Notification No. 28/2012 - Service Tax.
2. Notification No 26/2012 is for abatement whereas 30/2012 is chart for payment under reverse charge.

28 April 2015 sir, if pvt ltd. concern in engaged in service of rent a cab scheme

as per my under standing RCM is not applicable and SP is liable for service tax
@ 4.944%

sir, what about amendment in 10/2014
if SP not Avaied abatement then 50-50% ratio is there

i am correct sir...

28 April 2015 You are right RCM not applicable when company is service provider.
Amendment 10/2014 not applicable to companies providing services .

28 April 2015 The earlier notification for export of service is not applicable as on date. It is place of provision of service Rules is applicable for export of service as well.
