04 February 2015 The Board of Director has Modified remuneration payable to Whole-time Director.
Does it require to fill any forms or form MGT-14 after selecting an option in the pursuance of Board power??

05 February 2015 yes, the resolution should be filed within 30 days of passing. and if it beyond the provisions of schedule and section 197 then special approval of central govt need to be taken
