Main object clause if given below.
To start and conduct kuries namely transactions entered into by the company with a number of persons that everyone of the contracting parties shall subscribe a certain amount of money by periodical installments for certain definite periods and that each in his or her turn as determined by lot or by auction or both shall be entitled to the prize amount less discount as may be provided fir in the agreement and in compliance of the rules and regulations of the Chit Fund Act,1982 (Central Act 40 of 1982), but the company shall not carry on the business of banking with in the meaning of Banking Regulation Act,1949.
