moa and aoa

18 January 2011 Sir

1) after obtaining cin for a pvt ltd co. thru email, whether i attach the same as the 1st page of moa and aoa or should i wait for physical copy from roc.

2)Whether i should print the same moa and aoa as submitted in form 1 and approved in pdf or i can change the formatting like paper size from A4 to legal, page numbering, etc.

3) regarding subscribers sign which is scanned at the end. shall i print as it is for giving it to various authorities like serv tx, application of PAN, etc. or i can type it in the word programme and then take the print writing Sd/- in signature col.

19 January 2011 1) You can use the scanned copy received from ROC. However it's better to wait for the original as you cannot attest the copy without original.
2) You can do the formating, however ensure that its contents are verbatim reproduction of what is submitted to ROC.
3) For subscribers sign, you can put the sign sd/- and beneath it give all his details viz., name, father's name, address, PAN / DIN No. No. of shares and Amount of share capital undertaken to be subscribed, etc. Similarly in witness column also you can use the sign sd/- and give details of witness beneath it.
