19 December 2016 I APPLIED FOR INCORPORATION OF A COMPANY IN REPLY OF WHICH I HAVE GOT A ERROR MESSAGE " CLAUSE IV OF MOA SHOULD BE AS PER TABLE A" SO PLEASE HELP IN THIS REGARD.

20 December 2016 you have to write clause as per Table A provided in 1st schedule. Following is the Fourth clause as per MOA of Act,2013
The liability of the member(s) is limited and this liability is limited to the amount unpaid, if any, on the shares held by them.

24 December 2016 I have made the required changes in my MOA and INC-7 form but now resubmition of the same is not allowed and transaction status is showing " invalid and Not been taken on record ".What now should i do to uphold tha form and complete the incorporation process
