I APPLIED FOR INCORPORATION OF A COMPANY IN REPLY OF WHICH I HAVE GOT A ERROR MESSAGE " CLAUSE IV OF MOA SHOULD BE AS PER TABLE A" SO PLEASE HELP IN THIS REGARD.

you have to write clause as per Table A provided in 1st schedule. Following is the Fourth clause as per MOA of Act,2013

I have made the required changes in my MOA and INC-7 form but now resubmition of the same is not allowed and transaction status is showing " invalid and Not been taken on record ".What now should i do to uphold tha form and complete the incorporation process
