One of our article assistant has misbehaved with the principal and left the office without any permission or information. It has been a month he has left the office.. What information is needed to be given to ICAI and clear our vacancy. Please provide sample letter format if available.

In this case you can send a letter byR.P.A.D to Article Clerk stating his absence and at the same time send a letter to Institute .
there is a specific form for one side termination of articles when he donot attend office without specific reason.
