As per sec 64(1A) if a minor child earns any income on account of any activity involving application of his skills,talent or specialised knowledge and expirence, then such income will not be clubbed anywhere. Rather the minor will be required to file his own return of income. In such case the guardian of minor child shall file the return of such income on behalf of the minor child.
