In a public co. if there are 3 directors- MD,WTD and Small shareholder director.
now did this public co. fullfill the requirement of sec. 252 or it has to appoint one more director ????

Hi
Section 252 provides that every public company shall have at least three directors and every private company shall have at least two directors at all time in the Board of directors of the company.
So, MD, WTD and Small Shareholder are director and you complied the provision of section 252 of the Companies Act, 1956.
