Main objects of Textile Company

1. To carry on the business of manufacturing, buying, selling, importing, exporting and dealing in textiles, cotton, silk, art silk, rayon, nylon, synthetic fibers, staple fibers, polyester, worsted, wool, hemp and other fibre materials, yarn, cloth, linen, rayon and other goods or merchandise whether textile felted, netted or looped.

2. To carry on the business of importers, exporters, buyers, sellers, dealers and as agents, stockists, distributors and suppliers of all kinds of ready made garments, coverings, coated fabrics, textiles, hosiery and silk or merchandise of every kind and description and other production goods, articles and things as are made from or with cotton, nylon, silk, polyester, acrylics, wool, jute and other such kinds of fiber by whatever name called or made under any process, whether natural or artificial and by mechanical or other means and all other such products of allied nature made thereof.

To carry on the business as weavers or otherwise manufacturers, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters and dealers of silk, art silk, synthetic, woolen and cotton fabrics and other fibrous products including dressing and furnishing materials, uniforms, readymade garments, carpets and carpet backing, blankets padding knitted goods, woven bags, hosiery gloves, yarn and sewing thread and, To carry on the business of packing, grading, crimping, twisting, texturing, bleaching dyeing, printing, mercerizing or otherwise processing yarn, cloth, carpets, blankets and other textile goods, whether made from cotton, jute, wool, silk, art silk, synthetic and other fibers or blends thereof.
Fabrication
To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of all type of fabricator, welder, fabrication designor, developer, processor, Rolling Mills, Re-rollers, Steel makers, Steel converters, iron and steel founders and manufacturers and to manufacture metallurgical product and other ferrous and Non-ferrous Founders, Metal and alloy makers, galvanisers, machinists, smiths and dealers in all kinds of metals, iron, steel, castings, die-castings, forging, forged items, bending, moldings, ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys, aluminum, gun metal and other metals, billates, wires , nuts, screws, wire netting, machineries of industrial, and to take up project work on turn key or in part, fabrication and commissioning of plants and machineries, complete as a whole or in part.

To carry on the business of manufacturing producing of plastic woven stocks, polyethylene lined gunny bags, linoleums, articles like plastic containers, trays, bags, shopping bags, combs, tooth paste, brushes, bangles, bowels, radio, fittings, furniture appliances for domestic purposes and spray gun handles, electrical items, electrical candles, pumps, valves used for industrial purposes made of and out of with containing or combing poly propylene, alkathetic, PVC molding, powder styrene, polystyrene, vinyl chloride, thermosetting and thermoplastic matrial, wax, backellate chemicals of all sorts laminates, plastic polyethylene which are commonly of all sorts laminates, plastic polythlene and plastic goods.

Plastic film

To carry on the business as manufacturers, processors, producers, sellers, distributors, and dealers in plastic albums, plastic folders, wallets, plastic paper, paper films (plain and printed), cloth paper, wall papers, bags, wrapping films for commercial, industrial, agricultural and construction application.
