I had the following 2 queries:
1) How should one go about subscribing for the Members's Journal?
2) Is there any rule that a student cannot subscribe to a Member's Journal?

there is no such rule. Anybody can apply for member's journal but you have to apply it as a non member for that you have to shell out some more money than what is normally charges from the members.

Ok. Thanks a lot Vijay for clarifying. But from where do I get to know the amount of subscription fees? I have searched the ICAI website but I am not getting it anywhere.

you can get it from any chapter of our institute. or if you get any journal at your office then you can see in it.
there is a column on subscription to the journal in every edition.
