14 June 2018 If mediclaim policy is in name of Husband (Persons Covered are :Husband itself, Wife and daughter) in FY 2017-2018.but as on date husband died. so his wife can claim the Mediclaim Premium deduction in her Income Tax Returnd for AY 2018-2019.

Pls Suggest.
