With reference to other post on same topic (https://www.caclubindia.com/experts/medical-reimbursement-purchase-of-spectacles-103466.asp) bills related to Spectacles are allowed under 15,000 limit of IT Act. But my organization is denying to accept by giving excuse this is not allowed as per IT Act. Please assist / share if anyone have any order / clarification or letter related to acceptance of Spectacles bills under Medical Reimbursement exemption.

It differs from employer to employer. As per Income tax Act, the amount should be spent on MEDICAL treatment. While testing of eyes is definitely a medical treatment.....but opinion differs about wearing spectacle. The best would be to take up the matter with your employer. You will get both the views from the industry.
