i incurred rs 25 000 towards my medical bills but till i didnt get the remursement from my company but still can i claim the same to reduce my tds liability

12 July 2011 Medical claim can be done under section 80D and also if the company in which you are working has any such scheme can claim reimbursement.

Once you made refund claim that means the expense added to your book but if paid by the company than expense will be added in the book of the company.

According to me TDS liability can not be reduced whether payment is made by you or company but refund can be made.
