27 August 2012 Our Company appointed MD for five Years, but REAPPOINTED HIM BEFORE THE EXPIRY OF ORIGINAL TERM BY filing form 25 C.
Now this is a 9 years back dated issue. None of the queries raised till now. BUT WE WANT TO MAKE COMPLIANCE THEREOF. What would be the penalty?

I think, there is no restriction for appointing him before expiry of his/her tenure of MD.

Please ensure that, whether you have filed Form-23 or not with ROC for the appointment of MD..
