22 February 2010 Can anybody tell me what all are the factors to be taken into account for calculating per mandays? Please explain with an example.

22 February 2010 Following factors are involved in Mandays calculation

No of Working days
No of Working Hours Perday
No of Labour working

Ex.Suppose 10 workers working 360 days a year, working 8 hrs per days and normal idle time 200 hrs

So mandays

10 workers x 360 days x 8 hrs =28800 man hours

So man days 28800/8 =3600 Mandays
