Sir, What is rate of taxable value of Mandap keeper service for FY 2010-11 & Is it applicable for hotels (if yes, how?)

1) Mandap keeper also providing catering services - 40 % abatement can be claimed vide notification 1/2006 dated 1/3/2006.
2) Hotels as Mandap keepers also providing catering services -40 % abatement can be claimed as per the above said notification.
