Is it required to file E-Form MGT-14 in case of Resignation of Managing Director in Unlisted Public Company. If yes then what Section selected in MGT-14.

NO, ONLY DIR-12 NEEDS TO FILED FOR CHANGE IN DESIGNATION/RESIGNATION FROM THE POST OF MD

He completely Resign from the Company. So, in this case DIR-12 is enough ?
