sir,
we are a manufacturing co and paying excise duty on FP manufactured but not maintaining P.L.A .
Now , my question is that is there any panel consequence but to be noted that we have not escaped any tax . paid excise duty fully

There is no any panel provision for not maintaining PLA account now you can maintain the account.
