Dear Sir
I had purchased the land Rs. 1760000/- as on 12/9/2012 however No depreciation has been charged on this land. Pls tell me weather benefit of CII shall be given while calculating LTCG of This land

No depreciation applicable on land. CII will be given while calculating LTCG on sale of this land.
