My client lost his paratnership deed can i form again new deed

get copy from registration office, and firm registrar after paying requisite fees for obtaining copy.

You made a partnership deed. Then, you must have registered it in your local Municipal Corporation. If you want to create a new deed, then you must inform the concerned dept in your local Municipal Corporation about the same.
