Hello,
My query is under section 10(38) LTCG is exempt for all the tax payers. Then why are non residentials have to pay 10% on LTCG??

Now 10% tax payable by Indian tax payers also.

Such income is not tax free u/s 10(38) from 1-4-2018. Please see F.A.2018.
