Loan due shows in mca website

When our CA try to close our Pvt. Ltd company, in MCA website shows Our Loan pending status. But we already closed the Loan A/c. How we can remove the loan due status from MCA Website.

14 February 2015 Company has to file 'satisfaction of charge' as per section 82 of the Companies Act,2013.

Form CHG-4 has to be e-filed and certificate from MCA/ROC in form CHG-5 has to be obtained to wipe of the loan amount from the 'register of charges' of ROC.
