Dear Experts,
When our CA try to close our Pvt. Ltd company, in MCA website shows Our Loan pending status. But we already closed the Loan A/c. How we can remove the loan due status from MCA Website.

Company has to file 'satisfaction of charge' as per section 82 of the Companies Act,2013.
Form CHG-4 has to be e-filed and certificate from MCA/ROC in form CHG-5 has to be obtained to wipe of the loan amount from the 'register of charges' of ROC.
