30 December 2014 MY EARLIER QUESTION IS RELATED TO LISTED COMPANY.

HE IS DESIGNATED DIRECTOR & THEN SHAREHOLDERS

31 December 2014 as per new companies act, 2013 there is a provision under section 76. otherwise no company other than banking accept deposit from a person other than director and shareholders
