I JUST WANT TO KNOW THAT WHETHER A PRACTICING C.A. AND FORM LLP WITH TAX CONSULTANT (LLB)...?

At present no such scope available. The only option is for a practicing set of CA's to employ the other professionals in their service either as consultant or employees but cannot take them as a partner in a firm or LLP.
