what is the date of Incorporation of LLP?
Can we have to show LLP Incorporation date in LLP Agreement?
After Incorporation Certificate Can partners start Business even llp Agreement made later date?
Like CIN no we have to write LLPIN also write in latter head and etc?
Like DIN no we have to write DPIN also write by partners?

18 July 2016 1. Date of incorporation of LLP is the date mentioned in the Certificate of Incorporation

3. No. Only after filing of LLP agreement partners can start its business. LLP agreement must be filed in (E-Form 3) with the Registrar. This form must be filed within 30 days of incorporation.
