what is the limit for registration under west bengal vat act and whether sale of 2nd hand tyre attract VAt

Mr Author,
Taxable minimum limit is Rs 5 lakhs in a financial year.For dealers doing export,import,interstate sales,casual traders this limit is not applicable. No minimum limit for them. Even second hand tyre sales are taxable,may be as scrap or rebuilt tyres.....mjk
