Dear sir,
Qustion about salary income.
one of our employee used leaves more than what we fixed, we deducted excess leaves salary from his salary income.
my question is. is deducted leaves salary taxable or not?
can i show his deducted salary to his annual salary or not?

no it wont be a part of the annual salary as it was never earned by the employee.
The accrued salary for the leaves deducted (which would have been given to the employee had he attended office those days) have never been earned by the employee and thus no question of its taxability on the employee. Also, the company cant claim any deduction in this regard.
