28 July 2008 my attamt in may 09. but ca refuse to give any holiday due to bad relation. so how many holiday i can take as per ICAI.
i will complete 2 year in 21,january,2009.

and what kind of action i can take in such situation?
suggest me.
and give any reference that i can contract.

28 July 2008 You can avail 1/6th of period served. Do not fight. Please study from now and adjust and try to take 4 months on comfortable side. Still if problem is there then option is transfer or November 2009. Good Luck.
