Dear All
Do let me know is it possible to enforce the dues of leave encashmnet against a company when they are delaying the Full and Final payout after leaving the company . Can suit be filed against the company and under what provision .

If clause of leave encasement is given in your appointment letter then you can file a suit against the company under Labour law to enforce the dues of leave.
