Leave encashment exemeption

If suppose I recd. Rs.5000/- at the resignation leave encahmnet amount. Whether it is fully exempt under Inocme tax as it is below Rs.300000/- pls guide

If your 10 months average salary more than RS.5000, you can claim full exemption u/s 10(10A).
