wef July 1,2012 lawyers and advocates are under reverse charge mechanism??
if yes, then this means that they wont pay ST but the recipient of service will pay the same?
And lawyers will also not charge ST in their bills??

100% True. For all the services provided by individual advocates and firms, the service recipient has to pay the service tax on the entire amount under reverse charge. Advocates wont charge any ST.
The entity which pays service tax on such services has to amend his RC to include this service also.
